I’ve just purchase few items from Photodune and GraphicRiver. Purchase confirmation emails arrived in my inbox regulary. Photodune purchase confirmation email (from Outlook Express) I see a code without any images, and from GraphicRiver (Yahoo webmail) confirmation email is empty! Also as an Author I think this Bug can decrease our sales (part of email marketing). I will flag this for staff reply and sending ticket to support.

Hey, Misel. Similar problems here: http://audiojungle.net/forums/thread/approvalrejection-emails-formatting-broken/82089

It seems like Envato has some e-mail problems. But hopefully our tickets will be helpful to them.

Thanks guys! I’ve processed both of your tickets and the devs will be looking into it. Locking this thread up as a duplicate. Keeping things tidy and all that. ;)
