I’m having a problem verifying purchases. When customers send me an email via my profile page with the username with which they’ve bought the file, it doesn’t show any info. On the product’s comments, they show a “Purchased” badge…

The only time the purchased page shows any info to you is when the user has purchased your work. That page doesn’t show you anything they’ve purchased from other authors.
So if someone contacted you who has a buyer badge, but doesn’t show any previous purchases for your items, they have purchased something from the marketplaces, but it wasn’t one of your items.

That’s precisely the point, it’s not showing anything, and I’m 100% sure they’ve purchased my work…
EDIT : Sorry for the misunderstanding, I meant the “Purchased” Ribbon, my bad…
