Hi, I have purchased the theme [Sellegance – Responsive and Clean OpenCart Theme ] . After purchasing it I tried to download it but the link was not working. I am new to theme forest. For the first time I have visited this site I have make deposit and purchased this theme. I have tried several times but it does not work, and now themeforest has put a flag on it for can not be downloaded due to download it several times. I have generated two tickets but not receive a reply yet. Kindly let me know, is this an authenticated site? Because in online business if you can not receive a reply within an hour or two that means there is something fishy.
