Purity Theme Blog Layout Issues

Hi I have purchased the Purity Theme for Wordpress $35 and installed it here http://enzieshahmiri.com/blog/

When I go to the WP- Dashboard – Purity- Theme Options- Blog and click to change the Blog layout to Left Sidebar 1 for example – it does not show up the way it is advertised see here ( http://themeforest.net/item/purity-clean-minimal-bold-website-template/full_screen_preview/408822).

I have been searching for two days to see how to get this issue solved and could really use help and guidance where to look to get the the layouts to show correctly.

since this is a general forum it will be hard to find such a specific answer here. Your best bet would be to contact the author directly via the themes comment section or the email on his profile.

I have contacted the author directly as well and am still waiting to hear back. I am really stuck and could use help from someone who has installed the Purity theme. Perhaps they know what to do.
