Hi, at the moment iam busy with a preloader and its almost finished.

My question is:

How do i display properly my Preloader in the Preview? The Preloader is especially made for the larger sites. That means to see it properly, it has to load something big.

And i dont want to overflow Flashden unesseccarily.

How do you guys display your preloaders properly?

IMO , a fake animation is too much work.

All you need to do is make a variable called fakeBytesLoaded and a variable called fakeBytesTotal.

Simply increment the fakeBytesLoaded in an enterFrame event and change your code to watch fakeBytesLoaded and fakeBytesTotal rather than the actual bytesLoaded and bytesTotal.
