Question about the regular license

Am I breaking the Themeforest regural license, if I hold a contest on Tumblr, where one winner would win a copy of the “Vintage Scrapbook” tumblr theme, which I bought from Themeforest?

I’m not using the theme myself since I created my own and don’t have any use for it at the moment.

I think not. since you haven’t used it in any way, and you are not getting money by doing that… That should be ok though

Make sure you will add some license too, because if the winner use it multiple times HE will break the rules, so it’s better if you tell him what he can do with the price and what not

I’ve contacted Envato on this subject, and giving the theme away through a competion is fine by them.
