Your country is boycotted by PayPal ? if so I don’t think you can .
For the minimum of serious business you should all be verified and even better with primary account it’s easy to do, and don’t cost any money just a credit card or a bank account
But one of my friends sent for me money by paypal . now : I want put my money to another account, I fear the money is Return to my acount or block my acount …

No thepremium ….. that was just add on by me if in case he is under age ,any way i don’t think it will help him if his country under boycotted by PayPal or if it’s just the country been boycotted i have no clue if there is any restriction by PayPal on boycotted matter ,i can only guess ….

that can happen if you do not put reasonable msg why are you sending the money. right down something like “thanks for the wonderful project” or something like that so paypal would not block anything

Ok first of all use Tor browser so you won’t get to any trouble with your censorship .
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en .overall i don’t know man, the logic say if you are unverified account they can’t tell from where you are if using Tor, then i don’t see why not ,but still if your IP history use to log in from your embargo (no use of Tor )location they will probably can tell ….. But I am just shooting in the dark here .
