I want to upload am mp3 player. The playlist will be configured over xml file. I will be using songs which I downloaded from the assets library here. How do I need to do this? Do I include these songs in a folder and pack this with other stuff which I will be uploading?

You could include them in a folder in the zip file you upload
make sure you set the XML to go to the correct folder you set-up
or
upload the files to your website and get the XML to look at your website for the songs
