Better use english. Its serious thing if your e-mail account is blocked… I supose that if you want to change email at videohive you need to click at verification link in old e-mail… If you have problems contact support.envato.com.
And contact m$ live support asap – they will ask you several questions to verify that you are account owner: few contacts from your address book, at least one email folder name…
