Queue for approval

Hi! I just purchased the OneCart theme. I read in the change log for this theme that certain improvements were made today and yesterday but the latest files in the download are from October 26. Is there some kind of long approval process that occurs before changes go live?

Sometimes yes, any file change must be reviewed again by ThemeForest team before be avaliable to download.

And sometimes this is a bit long… sometimes really fast

yep. Items and Item Updates are going through a review process to assure and maintain a certain level of quality. Usually the author informs his/her audience about such things.

Then you should probably contact the author of the file.

Probably should, thanks. I’m probably on the verge of locking myself out of downloading it because I keep checking the file size. Incredibly frustrating.

By the way, since the approval process takes a little time you can always benefit from auto-update feature which is built in the theme. This way you can have latest version instantly with no-waiting.

Why check the filesize? Check the file update version.
