Quick expression

Ok, guys this is expression for random position, ie: random([1,2,3])

But when I add this expression, layer moves trough time in different locations. What I need it to be fixed on that random position, once the expression is added…

You can add a wiggle expression with 0 for the frequency or wait for Ben

that would be okay, but it doesn’t give as much diversity as random…

ps I also need random position in z axis

We should found an expressions based thread. Would be nice to have the discussion with all the tips that pop up at one place. Could make up a nice recourse for future reference.

I used: posterizeTime(0.01) random([50000,-50000,40000])

seedRandom(arbitraryNumber = 123, timeless = true);
random([1,2,3]);
