Why is that? It’s stupid… :/
I didn’t always have this feature. But we found that it was possible for one person to rate a file 1 star out of nowhere, and it would negatively impact the sales. Which is why we wait for three ratings before displaying it. We often find that an average of the first three ratings usually sets a more accurate starting point.
