Hi guys.
recently had a user buy a theme, asked for customisation.
I then stated we only offer support for bugs etc.
I did how ever point to tutorials etc to help her achieve her goals.
She said i am very poor support and i do not research anything.
She has since purchase 2 themes just to give 1 star on each 
Good as i got money, bad because its put my rating down 
If i report this user will it be retracted? I can prove that the only support this user wanted was for customisation and not bug fixes or issues with the direct theme.

shouldn’t everyone be free to rate the files as they want if they purchase them?
Don’t worry about it, my Tilability theme got 3 star rating and it didn’t affect the sales at all. Won’t speak about the other themes, since they sold absolutely great, don’t worry about it, I started with 2-3 stars because of some weird users, but it auto-corrected in time.

not if they purchase just to leave bad feedback.
Feedback is meant to be for the item or the support, I can understand if it was for 1 item which was the one she asked to get customisation for, but to buy another and then give bad rating for that one also.
No a person should not have a free right to do that, that is fixing a rating system is it not.
That is like me buying my own products just to get a high rating.

I’ve got a bunch of sales on my latest item but still don’t have any ratings. Know how that feel? Everyday waiting for the first rating. Is it good? Is it bad? I’m so stressed….
