Rating system is buggy?

Hi all,

It’s can be a weird, but one of my themes has a 5 stars rating (in any case before it’s happened). Today one of a buyers gave a 5 star rating to this theme and the overall rating become…..4 star. He send me a screenshot with this and I can’t understand how this possible.

Maybe another buyer change his rating? Since the rating is changeable, buyer can change the rate, anytime they want!

So, be careful when you say “NO” whenever your customer ask for support, or if you little bit late to answer their questions – you may loose one star

^ I don’t think so. Or it’s was a very big luck to see this changes in one minute (I mean one buyer gave a rating in the same time when other buyer changed his rating

One buyer rates 5 in Tokio, and at exactly the same time other one rates 2 on Alabama.
Is called “the butterfly effect”.

so why we as authors can’t see how many stars every vote has for each item?
