as a buyer here I can tell you two things,
1) I always rate files I purchase and if they do even basically what they claim I give 5 stars (I would never penalize the author for my bad buying decision!)
2) as far as I can remember I have never purchased a file because it had 5 stars AND I have never decided against buying a file because it had a low rating.

- Referred between 100 and 199 users
- Sold between 50 000 and 100 000 dollars
well your item still has 5 stars… so doesn’t matter – don’t lose any sleep over iti won’t for sure.![]()
still, if you provide a rating system, you should be able to address this kind of issues.

what’s the point in having a rating system when nobody cares about it ?if this is the case, just get rid of it
Maybe a pop-up box should come up when someone clicks one star. It could say, “Please confirm you would like to rate this file as bad”. Because I think this has happened to all of us at some point.
+1. That happened to us as well by mistake, and nothing could be done. Maybe a pop-up could appear for all ratings, just in case.

a buyer rated my item 1 star by mistake.
have to say, he’s more pissed off than me (since item still have 5 star)
point is, he didn’t said anything to me but contacted support asking to fix this, than forwarded answer to my inbox.

Thank you for trying to help me with it. I just felt bad about the whole situation. The guy went above and beyond to help me to get what I wanted and I gave him ONE star for it. it just seems unfair to me and thats why I emailed activeden first and than the seller. Thank you for helping me with it.
