Is it possible to have flash read a directory? For example read a directory list of files such as .jpgs and displaying them in a gallery. Meaning bypassing editing the xml file to read over a 200 lines of xml data.

It sounds like you could if you pass variables back and forth from flash to php/asp?

yeap.. php is the answer… reads the folder and generates a simple xml… the problem comes when you need to add for those photos names and descriptions… :P

I used to know php. Forgot everything.. I do it the hard way with asp :(
