Come on man! You know that every theme (well almost) in “Corporate” category is responsive nowadays. The functional is basic (for multipurpose theme) and design is “clean”. Maybe $40 would be more appropriate price-tag. But $35 gives you a price advantage over competitors.

I would agree with you guys IF there weren’t single page wordpress themes accepted at $40.
Most of the themes that got accepted lately falls into the “clean” category and is priced at $45.
I would not have argued at $40, but $35 is single-page wordpress category.
