When I go to “my account” and look at the recent comments I see new comments posted , but they don’t appear on the actual “Item page” ????
They only exist in the “recent comments” section
The only way to replay to the customer is from the recent comments?
Can anyone confirm this?

can’t be, and if it is then is a bug.

check first if in the discussion section of your item you have selected the option to see only comments from people who bought the item.

check first if in the discussion section of your item you have selected the option to see only comments from people who bought the item.

The filter option is saved to your profile when changed, so when you come back to view comments it uses the same filter as before.

dSKY, you had the filter set to ‘Purchasers & Authors’, I’ve set it back to ‘All Discussion’ for you.
