Recover my license - help!

I am trying to recover a license for a theme that I purchased in Oct 2011. It does not show in my profile that I purchased the theme, nor can i recover the license. However, I DO have the email that was sent to me after I purchased it, but I still cannot recover my license. I contacted Envato support 3 times and I get the same response everytime:

“Thank you for contacting Envato support. All purchased files can be downloaded here: http://themeforest.net/user/............./downloads (username: ..............)

Invoices: http://themeforest.net/users/................/invoices | Hope this helps. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.”

When i go to their suggested URL ’s, the links are dead, No Page Found. Anyone have any ideas on how i can recover my license so that i can update the theme?

fyi – the theme is “KingSize”

thanks for the response. I tried both of those links and the Oct 4th purchase does not show up there.

Sevenspark, you were correct I purchased the theme under a different account. I didn’t even realize that I had 2 accounts here. I feel silly
