Are there any transitions, or something similar to the movie RED 2?

They are in-scene, then do a freeze frame and outline/vector the frame and wipe away to the next scene.

those are hand drawn. I mean it can probably be made like an effect to be applied on any footage but not with that type of detail.

That’s what I figured. I just didn’t know if there was some type of AE plugin or something. What about an effect that was in-scene, freeze frame, and then outlined the person/subject in a gold dust or glitter, and then kind of exploded or dissolved into the next scene? Think the end-scene from Hocus Pocus when Bette Middler is turned into the stone statue.
