September 2013 2522 Clickthroughs 7 Registered Members 8 Deposits
October 2013 529 Clickthroughs 3 Registered Members 2 Deposits

90% of “registered members” come from a dedicated website for a single product that eventually directs all visitors back to a single product here on codecanyon. Not a generic “buy my stuff” link on various websites.

That’s an impressive number of click throughs though. Are you directing people to your item or just CC in general? If going to your item maybe tweak the item description to make it more wow (eg: add graphics). If CC in general then maybe try selecting a particular category or even a page that shows popular items etc…

You got a wrong audience, I think. I normally earned around $400-$500 with that number of clickthroughs (Around 4k) :)

I get about 800 clickthroughs with 10 to 16 deposits equating to 1,5% to 2% which I would say should be normal

Looks like I’m in the same boat as Australia. Have a few thousand referrals without signups and deposits.

Guess I need to reconcider how I market the links.

Honestly, author referral bars are probably stripping some of your guys referral, last month I got something like 380 click throughs with 20 deposits, that’s simply because my referral bar on my theme demo is perfectly placed to capture users at the right moment.
