Refund Request on Adityarise Theme

Hi there

how do i go about requesting a refund on the template i purchased.

the template has had MAJOR issues from the time i purchased it… I have request support on numerous occasions and they have failed to deliver on all sides…

How do i get my money back…

You need to contact support(Envatos) http://support.envato.com/

also note that support for themes arent required(though most authors give awesome support)

and you’ll only receive a refund if they find the theme not as described or broken(they’ll test it)
