how do i go about getting a refund? i already requested support and never got it. I am tired of this. I want a refund for the template. How do I go about doing that?

You should contact TF support, but I highly doubt you’ll receive a refund due to the nature of the product you purchased being electronic goods. But it’s worth contacting them.

Although encourage its optional for authors, but most do.

Please start a support ticket if you have a refund request.

Also, while author support is encouraged, it is not required.
