Support has sent me two emails in the last two hours regarding: [#NRO-669-43149] however still when a password reset is requested it doesn’t work, even though support states the issue is fixed.

I can request the User info and it arrives in the email associated with the account but when I request the password the link still does not arrive. I need to order a theme and its been a few days waiting for this to be fixed and being told that it works when it doesn’t.

It is not going to junk mail. The email received regarding User request arrives fine also. There has to be an easier way to get a password from ThemeForest. I have never had this issue with the site before and I have bought quite a lot.

We’re trying to get to the bottom of these email issues. Email is tricky business sometimes.
