I’m not angry, just sad … Why have rejected my file? It’s unclear the “why”, the email just says: “did not meet our Minimum Requirements for quality and / or marketplace policies” OK! Quality, polices or both? In both cases, what should I do to fix it? Also always is described the user who made ??the review but in this case not! Only says The Envato Team
This the file:
If someone of Envato can give me an answer I appreciate it.
Not pixel perfect and a bit rough looking.
Frankly I like it, it’s a very nice item. Pheraps you may want to add a couple more illustrations of other devices, in order to make this a more appealing set. Probably try to give more air to elements in the presentation: they’re a bit “compressed” right now. I don’t think a user could find useful the .gif animation.. probably better adding more elements to this set, instead adding more formats. I like the style. If you imagine the use that a user could do of this, you may want to add infographic elements, arrows lines. Do an example of usage of your set, so you give the reviewer a reason to accept your file hope helps
add more device I think
Gif 0 sec.?
Wow! Thank you Giallo for your detailed explication. I understand your point / points… I’ll make some changes for the “reviewer”. What really angers me is that the reviewers don’t make a response like yours. I do not get to understand which is really the error … also if the problem is the simplicity or need more elements, I don’t understand why yesterday they approved something like this:
It’s not my intention to attack the author of that work. But what is the “criteria”?
if you are not selling the background, you should illustrate that the background is transparent. And you should let the user know what the zip file contains. I suggest to remove the background(clean it up), make the model a bit glossy or add some variation(in other words improve the design ) and then resubmit the item because it doesn’t look that bad
Note the simplicity of the second item and that is very clean. The author is highlighting the product and not the background.
