Rejected item

I have uploaded an item that has now been rejected three times, the reason: is very messy.

I understand that reason the first time it was rejected, rearranged the elements, but the second and third time is the same reason.

I have a question about this. Every time I upload the “new version” of the flyer, with its new preview and new thumb image, but in the Item details (in the hidden tab) is displayed the same first upload “and messy” image,, is this correct? or should it show the new preview image? could it be that is not showing the correct NEW VERSION ?

You should upload your work here so we can help you and you posted in the wrong section.

That’s correct about the preview. It will keep the first preview and thumbnail till it gets approved.

Don’t worry. Everytime you upload, the reviewers will be seeing the same thing that you’ve uploaded at that time and not the messy one.

well, this question is not about the item, but about the image that is displayed in the hidden tab.. shouldn’t it be updated? because I still see the old version
