I got a file hard rejected for the first time, and my reveiwer gave me no meaningful feedback about what I could do to improve it. I’ve also seen the visual rejection guide, and I do not think any of the advice it offered applied to my file either. and so I do not know what to change about it.

lol I too think the upper lip is the problem here! I also think you are very very close to getting it approved and many buyers here could use your file! Don’t give up and good luck!
