Uhh yeah i got a soft reject on one of my projects i submitted a few months ago, and i need to kno why it got rejected again so i can fix it, havent been able to for a few because ive been busy with other things

- Repeatedly Helped protect Envato Marketplaces against copyright violations
- Exclusive Author
- Has been a member for 4-5 years
Putting this out on the forums is not the way to get the answer your looking for. Please submit a support ticket on this issue and you can get the answers your looking for from the proper staff member.

i understand that but what im saying is atleast respond without copy/pasting a quote, to me that felt disrespectful in a way ya kno? considering most sites now a days do that and you dont get any answer from them at all, so I did just that, i went to support, havent gotten a response…
I didnt know I couldnt do that, again Ive not been on the site in a couple months Ive been busy with other things, and knowing envatos usual M.O lately, they change the rules almost constantly its hard to keep up sometimes, not saying I hate the guy dont get me wrong, but he couldve responded without the need to quote, is that how you treat your artists on videohive? As if its Customer Service Hotline? Just saying ya kno.
Not trying to bring anyone down or nothing but thats not cool I want actual response like Felt gave me, not a quote that goes completely around what I was asking.
