Yeah I know, I actually started ‘the trouble’ of adjusting a 1600×800 composition into a full HD variation.Why not just letterbox it? Nothing wrong with 2:1. There have been plenty of 2:1 and close to 2:1 formats in the past.
It would exist somewhere between 1:1.85 and 1:2.35, both of which are popular feature film aspect ratios.
That would save me a lot of time indeed, might be a better idea.
