Hi,
I have submitted a theme which has been rejected saying “IE8 is still required” but then again, there are many items in Marketplace with IE9 badge only. So why IE8 is required for some items and literally gets rejected while other peoples items are getting approved with IE9 only settings?

I am not complaining about IE8 . Keeping IE8 is fine. But why it is a blocker which may lead to a rejection while other themes are in the marketplace which doesnt support IE8 but IE9 only!
