Hoping someone can help me out. I have an item in my portfolio that I’d like to remove from the site and no longer offer for sale as it has never been purchased. I figure I can get more traction using the file in other ways.

How do I remove items?

go to your portfolio, change grid view to list view and edit the item you want to delete. Then on right hand side click the button Yes! Delete PERMANENTLY

Go to your desk, drink a coffee or tea, change the design a bit and the preview a bit more. Then shoot for upload. Then delete it. And pray you will get the same price and not $2

Maybe before removing it, try adding a few more relevant tags, like ‘Mascot’ for example.

They could make a really good mascot but I see no way people would come across them searching for those sorts of items

first of all, ask from the review team to change the name of your file from moonsters to monsters.

No one will type in seach “moonsters” as this is not an existing word.

Thanks for all the responses. I actually want to remove it for now not because of sales but because I have something I need to/want to do with the file.

I have a few projects I’m working on for GraphicRiver which are much better.
