I have a reply to a comment that I posted about 20-30 minutes ago and it still hasn’t shown! My customer services excellence is being made to look very average by this dealy!!! What gives?

FYI , I have replied through the old method and that seems to have no issues of delay.

After about an hour, I was forced to post something the normal way, which as you have said, brought up the threaded comment. I guess I’ll have to stick with the old way!

It’s working, but not for the last comment.. I posted an answer for an early comment, and it showed up instantly. But when i posted a reply for the last comment on the page, it didn’t showed up.

what’s up with this feature? The responses I give don’t show up. Does anything get tested around here before going live?
