Same here. Before few months I saw one stolen item, I wrote to support and didn’t get answer.

After that someone has open thread about that, and that author has heen banned. That’s happy end, but slow!

Becasue the unfortunate truth is that it may get misused (while I agree with you completely that rip off designs etc should be stopped).

That could be easily fixed by punishing fake reports, if there is no probable cause for the report, the person behind the report should get a warning, after afew warnings it would result on a more serious punishment (ie acc suspension). But really a report button is highly needed and these reports should be reviewed ASAP, to avoid any buyer to be “scammed” due to this process.

So far as I remember from old time there used to be a button/ link for Reporting item, but it was removed.

I understand that someone can spam with reports, but then that person should be banned…

Yes, but Envato support did not respond to my support ticket at all. It’s a shame.

The Support team may not reply when an item gets reported if it’s not your item. They will however contact the concerned parties. Thanks! :)
