I don’t know about you but few times when I was replying to a comment written by customer I pressed “report” instead “replay” and what’s worst – I can’t bring back the comment / question back. Is there something in the interface can be improved ? Maybe popup box before you “report” ?
I also reported some comments by mistake. I think the report link should be red color or a different position.
Yes, this happens too often. This usability problem need to be fixed.
Another problem – it is hard to detect the type of item. When i on item details page, the only way to determine is this a HTML template or WP theme or something other – i need look at breadcrumbs (and they are very small text size), or read item description and trying to find out intuitively. This is why so many mistakes made by buyers when they buy a template, and then wondering why it is not ready to work on wordpress.
