We are looking for a branded theme that is as clean as reputationchanger.com, fully branded, do not need an exclusive license, but are seeking a a highly detailed theme with logo as described above. Our budget is a $250-300 Please PM if serious.. Maybe you have created something already and would fit our needs.

Sorry just to be clear you want a Wordpress theme that resembles the site in your post and is fully branded to your company?

I am assuming you want the other pages and not just a framework one page with the logo?

I am afraid your budget is not even close.
