Request for Cooperation and Partnership - A PHP programmer needed.

Hello everyone. I’ve designed and built an HTML /CSS3 site template. Unfortunately my PHP knowledge is not that much and I am not able to turn it into a fully functioning wordpress theme. In the other hand, I am living in Kabul, Afghanistan – don’t be afraid , just like you I hate TALIBAN too – and I don’t have access to lots of resources to upgrade my PHP knowledge very quickly. I am self studying to learn it, but it’s not as easy as HTML , CSS and Photoshop. As the template which I am talking about is very good – you will love it – I want to see it being used by themeforest users and buyers very soon.

Submit it first in the HTML section and if it will get approved, I’m sure you will find a developer more easily.

The problem is that the template has been customized and designed especially just for WP. I am not sure if it will be sold as a simple HTML Template. Will it?

If your design is good then it get sale in html & wp also
