What with the file updates queue? Do we need to reupload those or they should be fine?
For updates already in the queue:
- If they are updates to anything besides the files themselves (e.g. an update to tags/attributes etc) then it should be still there and the reviewers will get to it.
- If the update was to the files, then a reviewer will check them shortly and may send back a soft reject and get the author to reupload the files as we lost a few file updates during the weekend’s issues.
So basically, a reviewer will check through and let you know shortly!
I try to upload a exist update again, but get rejected email immediately after success uploading…
[UPDATE] Try upload again, now it’s on the queue 42… but I’ve uploaded it 6 days ago. And it’s in the position 8 earlier.
Hey Sike, there may be some delays as we catch up with the queue, but we’ll be working hard to power through the items. Sorry if your item has moved backwards, a lot of the ones in front will be reshuffled as the reviewers go through and send some back for file reattachment.

I just try to change item thumbnail and it successfully changed, but I have got an email with this message:
[ThemeForest] Your update to item Dynata – Clean Premium Wordpress Theme – 10 in 1 was rejected
I just change another item thumb again and it not automatically processed and have got this message:
Cheers, your updates have been received and are in our review queue. Position in queue: .

I got that error twice today while trying to do an update, a period at end of sentence instead of my number in que.
“Cheers, your updates have been received and are in our review queue. Position in queue: .”
I’ve also been getting the error below when uploading both new files and updates, you can see that I’ve uploaded 2 files in the drop down, but there’s only one with a green check mark. When this happens the upload always fails and I have to start over, help
btw each folder in this instance was 125 megs, well below the limit.
So, are there still problems with the queue? I submitted something a couple of days ago and it hasn’t moved. Also I noticed that all it says in the “Your Current Uploads” box is:
“21st on ThemeForest”
Where before it would say something like:
“10th in Site Templates
21st on ThemeForest”
Just thought it was kind of weird, and wondering if delays were because of more technical issues or what? No biggy. Just curious.
