Having just purchased this, I am having trouble figuring out how to get the MENU to SLIDE as seen in their demo. My menu has over 100 items ( once input is complete ) as seen here; http://www.mantraindianrestaurant.com/menu any suggestions? Thanks

You should probably direct this question to RedFactory through their contact form at http://themeforest.net/user/redfactory
Make sure you check the documentation (both packaged w/ the theme and here: http://redfactory.nl/themes/therestaurant/documentation/ ), too, if you haven’t already
Have you been able to figure out how to have the menus go beneath each other like they have in their demo? I can only get the menus to sit next to each other.
I tried contacting them but they dont seem to respond.
Thank you

Hi phatride, just got your email! What menu do you mean? The navigation menu or the menucard? We have some short tutorials to help you on your way: http://redfactory.nl/themes/therestaurant/documentation/. If that doesnt help, please leave us a comment on the item page
Cheers!
EDIT : just noticed the link was posted above too
Could you tell me what’s going wrong? I should be able to get you on your way in no time at all
In your demo here – http://themeforest.net/item/the-restaurant/full_screen_preview/111482
How do you get the links below the about link? Same for the menucard and special menu?
I looked through your help files but couldnt find any mention of that.
I sent an email a couple weeks ago when I first bought the theme. Never heard back from that email. No big deal, just started working on the site again and still havent been able to figure it out.
Thank you

Hi phatride,
There were a few others with the same question. Here’s what I said to them
“To add the menucard categories to your navigation menu, simply insert them there in the menu page. See step 3 in this short tutorial: http://redfactory.nl/themes/therestaurant/2010/10/17/create-a-navigation-menu/. Only instead of pages you insert categories.
Category links of categories that are included in the menucard will automaticly go to your menucard page. So you could place a category link somewhere in your text, and if that category is in one of your menucards, the link will take you to that category in the menucard.
I hope it’s a little bit clearer now
In previous versions of this theme, the dropdown menu was inserted by default, but that method somewhat restricted multilanguage and SEO plugins. So that’s why I choose to make it manual. Luckily it’s a simple action of placing the same categories as in the menucard into the navigation menu.”
Hope this helps!
