I’ve read that the resolution 326ppi is important for retina ready backgrounds. And saw here lots of items with this resolution. Do you think that the both are true – the size / 326ppi and the size x 2 / 72ppi ?

Hi Tany, PPI definitely has its purpose, and can definitely influence the result, but it all depends on what you are designing, and what medium you are designing for.
I recommend always familiarizing yourself with the specifications required for the project at hand, as the same design may require different settings, depending on the output.
