this is a huge shop which means that many members around the world. when many people submit items at the same time, needs more time for the reviewers to review the items. so i think that is normal, reviewers also human which need rest, sleep, eat, etc. what we do as the authors just give them support!!! reviewers are great people!!!![]()

yep..that’s right
Yes, its true. But more authors, more items, more sales, more money. Probably they should think about seriously to hire more reviewer as well.

Am i wrong if i say there is not more upcoming items than the usual, but less???
- Author had a File in an Envato Bundle
- Author had a Free File of the Month
- Author was Featured
- Bought between 10 and 49 items
- Contributed a Blog Post
- Contributed a Tutorial to a Tuts+ Site
- Exclusive Author
- Has been a member for 2-3 years
- Interviewed on the Envato Notes blog
I think that Envato Staff needs more reviewers, otherwise the situation will deteriorate further!

Agreed… it is like there is only one person reviewing at the moment. My items haven’t moved even 1 mm in the status bar for 5 days. Very frustrating.

Thread’s title is outdated…
How is it that my one graphic item submitted 5 days ago is now in the green of my status bar when the font that was submitted 7 days ago hasn’t moved since i submitted??? This proves that items are not reviewed first come, first served. Please come back, Mr Font Reviewer!
Maybe lot of people will not like me because of this comment, but: Guys this is not Christmas time. And not new year. December 25-26 and 31 not yet here. And let say +/- 1 week would be understandable. But i don’t think so the reason here would be only christmas holiday. An another thing. I think many of us use to work in another companies but is there anybody experienced that the company send to holiday a whole department 1 month before christmas and new year? Yes, it was normal in between dec26-jan1, and maybe 1 or 2 days extra because of the hangover, but this kind of approach from a company who running a global market, should be prepared this kind of situation. I don’t say that it would be reviewer’s responsibility to manage this kind periods, i don’t blame anyone. I just wondering why we don’t get clear and straight answers for nothing for those questions which is actually makes our side awkward or difficult. And now, we are not talking about giraffes but the silence is very similar.
