Would you do me the favor to check the support forum for my replies instead of posting here? You said you sent the wp-admin details somewhere but I asked you to post it to the form you can take from my forum signature and tell me the ID afterwards.

Please somebody close this thread, it’s hard for me to support him in two forums at the same time…

Im posting. With all due respect, here, and there. Because I purchased a product, that is not functioning properly, as advertised. I purchased it HERE . So yes I posted a response here too. I dont understand the attitude. I just want help. and Its still not working. and I DID respond with my id as instructed. Still not working.

First off, themeforest policy clearly states support is not obligated by theme authors.
However!! Freshface provides a forum especially for your request so I can help you for free, for that however I need some details from you which you cannot post here securely, so there is no valid reason you should post here.

I asked for working wp-admin login details three times now within a month and you told me the same incorrect details twice. To make that clear for the fourth time: I am not able to log in with your wp-admin details because they are wrong!

With all respect, I cannot help you if you keep ignoring my requests for working login details and it won’t help if you keep coming here and posting about this.
Please get your login details ready and send them to me in the freshface support forum and stop posting here for god’s sake!!!

and the slider i purchased doesnt… And its helpful to others considering a purchase to know that PEOPLE such as me and others are having issues. I will close the thread I started when my issues with the product i purchased are resolved.
