I need to download the updated Theme for Rockwell which is 1.7.1 I purchased the download less than two weeks ago and the version is old it is 1.1 how do I get the most recent template? I am on a very short time line to get my site up and running.

The author probably uploaded the new version to ThemeForst so go to “Downloads” in your ThemeForest account and re-download the theme. You could also contact the author via their Profile Page or post a comment on the item’s page.
