Mozilla specific corners:
-moz-border-radius-topright: 15px;

Webkit all:
webkit-border-radius: 15px;

Webkit specific:
webkit-border-top-right-radius: 15px;

CSS3 all:
border-radius: 15px;

CSS3 specific:
border-top-right-radius: 15px;

Or, you can use images to create the corners, which will work in all browsers. Just have a look at the code this app generates.
