Can we call RSS files from like CNN or BBC or other news feeds in our previews on AD (Would like to use cnn or other prominent news channel, looks more professional that way)? Or will it encounter the domain limitations?

You might encounter a couple issues here.
1.) You wont be allowed to link to any sites outside of the envato network, unless its a social networking service (from my understanding).
2.) You will most likely have to work around crossdomain.xml issues, in which you will need a proxy,and activeden wont allow you to host any serverside proxies for your preview.
In our experience, Mainstream media news is always a no no, when trying to sell something.
Its best that you use an xml file, that is relative to the documents of your preview,and try to use “friendly” sales type content that may pertain to your file, or files.
Thats the best advice i can give you at the moment.
