RT Theme for WP Help Needed - WP Newbie

New to WP and having a few problems with the RT-Theme.

First up is the home page – there are two boxes – home page left and home page middle in the settings… When I attempt to fill out this part of the theme options – it does not display correctly. One box does not adjust like the other one does when images are placed inside. I am using the exact same size image – in the Services box it displays correctly – the Sales box does not. Any idea why that is?

Also if you notice in the Services box where it says Today’s – any idea why the / is popping up? If I type Today’s and click Save – it adds the /. Ive tried deleting it and resaving and it comes back.

Lastly, if you look at my Services PAGE – at the very top of the page – Just above where it reads Residential Services… it displays the page, Home>> Services. How do I remove this? I do not want to display this at the top of any PAGES .
