Looks like it’s a problem with switching between our old search system (still used for the forums) and our new search system (used for items.) I’ll make sure it gets fixed.
Is this new search (used for items) still being worked on? Because it doesn’t quite work

I think I’ve found a bug in the forum search. Search something that has more than one page of results (like this) and try to go on page 2.
I’m redirected to the items search with the same criteria.

I have no idea if this is related with Ruby upgrade, but here is a problem on forum search.The pagination doesn’t work. In results appear first page from forums and next from themes page.

I forgot to mention… 
Sometimes i face this problem when i tried to reload or go to other pages… Today i faced this few times…. What’s the meaning of this….
” HTTP Error 504 (Gateway Timeout): The gateway or proxy server timed out while waiting for a response from an upstream server ”.
