Sales tanked

Still dead for me.

April, despite having much more files up, for me was down on March.

I all of a sudden had three sales within four days, last week.

No sales today and it’s a weekday !

Sold four in 24 hours! A record for me, this after a 21 day drought. Ebbs and flows my man, just like the British weather…..... I’ve had enough to know.

May’s the best month for me so far, sales every day except the last two days. And then today a nice surprise: just sold an extended license of one of my Glitchy logos.

Same here. Things have started to pick up here over the last few days too (including the weather!).

On a side note, I’ve been looking at the site statistics on Alexa to try an explain away the dip in page visits. Seems there has been a slight, yet progressive decline in visits to AJ via search engine results over the past month or so, so maybe this could be one cause.

But like many have said before, there are so many variables that could cause this, the list would be almost endless.

We just have to keep adding high-quality content and maintain good online promotion. Gets more folks over to AJ too, ultimately helping us all out.

Yes Matt, I agree. The last time there was a change to the search engine… Late May early April sometime I think, my sales stopped straight away… But, others didn’t, I wondered whether it might be due to being on a certain server?! Or something… or, it could be due to my drop in new uploads due to other commitments, this is more likely…I certainly have noted increased traffic and sales after an upload.

As I mentioned in an early post on the thread, my sales trends seem to be the opposite of the rest. My sales have now ground to halt for the past week or so! LOL

Try other sites guys. The days you don’t get sales here you could get on other sites.
