SalesDonkey for Iphone is in development!

Hi guys!

Those of you who use mac probably know our tiny app called Salesdonkey (if you don’t be sure to check it out).

Over the past few weeks and months, it has become quite popular and we decided to take it the next level. Many of you have been asking for iPhone version of this app. To those of you: We listened, and starting today, we have officially started the SalesDonkey iPhone app development! Although we are still in the phase of testing the technical background, during the next few weeks, we will work on implementation of the current functionality into an fully functional iPhone application.

The main purpose of this app is to be an useful tool for every author. Therefore, we are opened to your ideas guys. In fact, they are greatly appreciated! What do you miss in the current salesdonkey? What would you find useful in the iphone app? Are there any special features that you might consider worth paying for?

Nice to hear that and as ipad mentioned, push notifications on sales would be great.

about sales donkey… i still have problems with it. recent activity isn’t working properly. it displays comments only!

Push notifications require us to establish our own server that would periodically check for updates on your accounts and then push it to Apple. We will consider adding this as soon as possible but do not expect the first version to have that. We might offer this as a paid update later.

Also, how many of you require a localized version and/or would be willing to help with localization?

Btw, we already have a demo app that plays the ka-ching sound, and I can tell you, on iPhone it sounds great!

@diarius9000: Yes, this was a known issue, Envato API did not return the required data after the redesign. Now that they fixed it, we also updated SalesDonkey, so feel free to download the updated version.
