Is it possible to save name, description, tags, demo URL,... of an item before submitting for review? It’s a basic feature but I couldn’t find it.

At the moment it’s not possible. There are some third-party addons out there that let you save form information, but I usually copy-paste everything to a text editor before I hit the submit button in case something goes wrong. I do that to long forum posts all around the web as well – the amount of times I’ve had to re-write a post because some forum’s timeout thought it was time to kill my session.. :P

Great suggestion though :)

@mjxone Yes, yes Live Preview would be great.

@Joost What third-party addon do you suggest? I use “Lazarus Form Recovery” it’s good, but looking for a better one. I had the same crash experiences many times, it sucks. :D

Live preview would be really good – but it would probably be quite hard to implement.

@samberson Actually I think live preview is really easy just needs some lines of code to inject custom HTML into a wrapper and it can be loaded by AJAX for best user experience.
