If you are anything like me then you live in-front of your monitor. Before this app I didn’t think how bad the default 65000K color temperature is for your eyes. It’s like staring into the sun.
This free app for Windows/OSX/Linux/iOS changes your color temperature based on the time of day.
It should help you sleep better and it certainly reduces eye strain and tiredness. It is odd at first but give it 5 mins and you’ll never go back. There is a feature to disable for 1 hour when doing color sensitive work. I had to change the default settings to suit my environment.
Thanks for the link, I will definitely give this a try.
Cheers
installed on my MBP .

Cool app suggestions. But also make an effort to rest your eyes, do some eye exercises, and even take supplements. Scary for creative professionals to suffer eye problems that they could have easily prevented.
